As a Registered Dietitian, my nutrition philosophy is grounded in evidence-based practice and science. My passion for fitness and movement led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and earn a Master’s Degree in Sports Nutrition. Wanting to deepen my expertise, I pursued certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), equipping me to better support my clients in reaching their full potential.
