Hi! I am Afton, I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2014. I earned my Bachelor's degrees in Exercise Science and Food Nutrition & Dietetics in 2012 from Illinois State University while playing Division I soccer. After my undergraduate degrees, I moved south to Southern Illinois University to earn my Master's in Community Nutrition in 2014 to become eligible to sit for the Registered Dietitian exam.
I have worked in a variety of venues over the past 10 years as I established myself in my career. I have found the people I help best tend to be those who are focused on weight and lifestyle management, postpartum health, GI support, sports nutrition and pediatrics.
I currently reside just outside of Indianapolis, IN. I have two elementary-aged, rambunctious daughters who are a year apart in age, fun fact, they shared a Valentine's Day due date a year apart. I am looking forward to helping provide patients with a stronger understanding with nutrition, reach their health and fitness goals and to learn some new, life-long habits.

Hi! I am Nicole, I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2001. I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2000. After my undergraduate degree I moved to Atlanta, Georgia to complete my dietetic internship at Emory University Hospital.
Working as a dietitian over the past twenty plus years I have had a variety of experiences. These include inpatient hospitals, outpatient nutrition classes and also corporate wellness.
I have also been a dietitian at home. My husband of over 20 years has type 1 diabetes and our oldest son is allergic to nuts and has celiac disease. These experiences bring compassion and understanding to my role as a dietitian.
I specialize in weight management, diabetes, heart health, celiac disease and also healthy aging, including nutrition during menopause.
